Please note that sales are final. Exchanges or refunds are offered only if your purchase arrives damaged.

If your purchase arrives damaged

Please notify me upon receipt. Please send me a digital photo of the package as you received it.

› Do not open the package until you take the photo.

Attach photos of the package and the damaged product to your email. Send everything to me at: [email protected]

If your package is lost

Although the shipments are tracked, some packages may get lost. If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered and you have not received it, contact the carrier directly.

When your package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, please contact me including your order number and a copy of what the carrier wrote to you.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please make sure your shipping address is up to date before placing your order.

You will be responsible for additional shipping charges if a package is returned to my studio marked "address incomplete" OR "address error" and need to be reshiped to you.
